Here at Enable we have really seen the company grow substantially, even just in the past year, from being essentially just Sue and Debbie, to now having an office based team and many more support workers than ever before! One of the biggest benefits of being able to expand our team is welcoming all different kinds of fantastic personalities into the company, and with that we are able to increase our reach and presence in the community in the most effective, inclusive way.
Within our management team we have a variety of friendly faces, and like to maintain an approachable and welcoming atmosphere so that our staff and clients alike feel they are able to openly communicate with us. Our management team have years of experience behind them too, so we know we’re in good hands! As a whole, we enjoy working to implement new systems that help our clients, our team and ourselves to get the most from the service we offer. Everything we do, we do with our clients and staff members in mind.
Something that is really important to us is communication; social media being a great (new) outlet for this! We thoroughly enjoy reading messages from all of you outside of the company, whilst also being able to easily communicate with those who may be thinking about coming to work with us.
