We have a team of support workers who bring with them a range of life and work experiences. We always try to match the right workers to each client and we know that getting the right combination of personality and skills is crucial to meeting our clients’ needs and making sure they are happy with their support.
As our name suggests, we always want to enable our clients so we train our staff to work alongside them, doing things with them rather than for them, wherever possible.
Managing and supporting our support workers in the community and housing projects are a small team of Managers – Sue Marshall and Jess Cullen in the community, Mark Womersly and Donna Trott in our housing projects- all with support from our fabulous Business and Finance Administrator Rachel.
We are fortunate to have a committed and caring team of people working with us – we are proud of the work they do and we look after each one of them to make sure their work/life balance is protected.
