Here at ESS, we are committed to treating our clients and staff as individuals at all times
ESS supports people who live with autism, learning disabilities and mental health.
We operate across the South West mainly working in Somerset. Our focus is on helping people to live the lives that they want by providing consistent and personalised support keeping our client and their families at the heart of everything we do.
Our philosophy is always to enable our clients to take control over their support enabling them to make the daily decisions that they want to live full and purposeful lives. We ensure that our teams work ‘alongside’ our clients rather than ‘for’ them where ever possible so that they are able to live as independently as they are able to making the decisions and choices that they want.
Providing high quality accommodation to people who live with autism, learning disabilities and mental health is key to us providing the right type of support. We take into account our clients’ needs and make adjustments where necessary ensuring each accommodation is suitable, fit for purpose and reasonably priced.

If a member of our family or a friend suffers from a mental illness, it is important to know how to support them and recognise the signs and symptoms
Our services are available to those funded by their local authority, CHC, or through private payment.
To access our services, click here Gov.uk/find-local-council to find your local authority and request a Care Act assessment. Once you have had your Care Act assessment, you can request through your local council that we provide support for you.
