It empowers clients to live an independent life, while receiving support in a safe environment.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our staff are highly qualified to care for individual needs providing person centred support at all times.\u00a0We\u00a0usually provide overnight staffing because most of our\u00a0clients need support 24\/7 and we often provide 2:1 support.<\/p><p>We work alongside professionals, family and friends of the client. By working together, we maximise our clients\u2019 chances of living independent and fulfilled lives.\u00a0<\/p><p>With our help, clients who may previously have lived at home with parents or on a hospital ward can find a routine and more independence than they have had before. Our team will equip them with daily living and life skills such as budgeting, cooking, paying bills and dealing with post. We also develop their resilience and coping techniques through teaching our clients mindfulness and
