Who are we?

Based in Yeovil, Somerset we support people across both Somerset and Dorset. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we work hard to provide the highest quality care and support. We work with a diverse range of people, including people with mental health needs, Asperger’s Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Disability.

We provide the following types of Support Service

Mental Health Support Service

We offer specialised support to people with a range of mental health needs from younger people experiencing psychosis to older people with dementia. 

We work within the Recovery model and train our staff to engage, support and enable our clients to live independent lives in the community.

We work with people with various types of complex need – including Acquired Brain Injury, Asperger’s Syndrome and Learning Disabilities.

We work collaboratively with our clients, encouraging them to remain as independent as possible, in all aspects of their lives.

Support for Older People
at Home

We work with older people who need a little support to help them stay living in their own homes.

The help we can offer them ranges from personal care, cooking and preparing meals, managing their medication and any other help that they may need in and around their homes.
