Every day is different at Enable Support Services. Our staff support our clients with a wide range of tasks and personal projects from decorating a cake for their birthday or securing a part time job. 

Training starts from the outset with a series of mandatory learning both in an e-learning and classroom format. This training is undertaken during a worker’s induction.

Once this is completed, staff are able to commence their employment in the areas for which they are trained. We take training seriously and we always ensure staff are up to date on all the requirements. We use a matrix system to alert us when staff need to re-fresh their knowledge.

All staff will complete the Care Certificate. We are linked to Acacia Training enabling us to provide all staff with opportunities to undertake NVQs depending on their level of education. Staff are also able to take part in e-learning courses on a wide range of topics to boost their knowledge and skill sets.

Our Employee Assistance Programme ensures our support workers are healthy and happy while they work with us, offering practical advice and support for any wellbeing concerns. Staff members also benefit from personal development and training opportunities, generous annual leave, a paid day off for their birthday, discounts and vouchers.
