History

As our name suggests, we always aim to enable our clients while supporting them. We train our staff to work alongside them, completing tasks with them rather than for them wherever possible. 

Consistent and personalised support from a small team of workers is the recipe for excellent support and care in our experience. The relationship we form with clients, their families and the professionals supporting them is at the heart of everything we do.

People who are referred to us are sometimes not so keen to receive our support. We believe that dedicating time, being patient, and implementing imaginative care and support plans will help these clients see that life can be better with our support. Through persistence and collaborative working, we have been able to gain a sense of engagement from clients, which in turn helps in achieving and fulfilling their goals.
