Community Support Services

Our knowledge, experience and commitment enable us to provide specialised support in line with the Fundamental Standards of CQC

Within our community support service, we provide support to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism in their own homes

Our team of support workers provide practical and social support aimed at developing daily living skills, confidence and resilience.

We adapt the way we work with each client to suit their individual needs. All clients receive bespoke support tailored to them, enabling them to achieve their goals and lead a fulfilling life. We are goals and outcome focused, no matter how big or small a client’s aspirations are.

Community Support Services

Our team of experienced support workers are committed to the model of client-centred support. Our goal is always to help clients regain control of their lives and their recovery, while supporting them to complete tasks alone where appropriate. However, should they need a helping hand, we are always close by.

We’re proud to be an evidence-based provider. Everything we do is driven by the latest evidence and we’re always striving to improve. Our team believes in positive change, ensuring every hour spent with each client is valuable and outcome-focused.

Support workers approach their work with positivity and flexibility, always placing the client at the centre of their support. The extensive training we provide means our team has a strong understanding of a variety of topics including autism, dementia care, mental health, end-of-life care, self-harm and suicide.

We have staff working in teams across the South West, mainly in Somerset.

I found that getting support for my son was very difficult (he has paranoid Schizophrenia) and was resistant to accepting the support he needs. Debbie has worked hard to build a relationship with him and gained his trust and has been patient and understanding of his difficulties. I would highly recommend Enable Support Services to families, carers and service users.

Testimonials

What clients are saying

To all your staff, a big thank you from someone who was on the receiving end of your care and hard work. You make a difference to people’s lives, we’ll never forget what you did for my Mum and for us.
If you are suffering from anxiety and depression, Enable Support Services will give you the support you need to come out and cope with situations.
I am so happy I was referred to Enable Support Services, I had lost all hope and was ready to give up, from the moment I walked in I felt safe, and so nice to be able to talk without being judged and feel hopeful for the future.
The service provided me a vital stepping stone from hospital to home and so grateful for the support and encouragement.
